After a long journey through the Chinese mainland the Dutch wine entrepreneur Stephanie was touched by the Chinese hospitality. She decided after this inspiring journey to bring the best of the two worlds together: the sophisticated taste of the French and Spanish wines mingled with some Dutch pragmatism to the hospitable China. And so: in August 2011 88Paris was born.

The company 88Paris offers French and Spanish wine to China to allow the Chinese public to enjoy the pure taste of the South European wines that Stephanie's family already is bringing to Holland for many years. These unique wines have been carefully selected by 88Paris based on the European success. 88Paris is the designated company to help you with your wine chose and offer. The company has warm contacts with foreign countries and a strong family network of wine traders.

Who is Stephanie Kuiper

In 2010 and 2011 the wine entrepreneur Stephanie Kuiper made an inspiring journey through the Chinese mainland. Her home base was the vibrant Wuchang in Wuhan. She followed courses on the Wuhan University of Technology. During her stay she made trips to Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Xi'an, Chongqing, Chengdu, Yichang, Zhengzhou, Guilin and Nanjing. In Beijing she visited the mausoleum of Mao Zedong. She walked hours over the Chinese great wall. In Shanghai she saw how the Golden Temple brings peace into the hectic city life. In Wuhan she experienced a traditional Chinese wedding. During her journey she was touched by the country. "What I really love is to see how the Chinese are busy with their family, believe and culture. It goes beautifully together with the modern life's. With my wines I want to bring a piece of my family history to the modern Chinese."

Stephanie Kuiper has lived in many different places, from China to America. She was born in Holland. In Holland she did an economic study on the Utrecht University of Applies Science. Besides her study she finds inspiration with her family, her cultural experience and her friends. Stephanie's aunt for instance has had contact with different wine houses in South Europe for many years. Thanks to her Stephanie developed and refined a love for wine.
